I. Product Introduction:

Atomizer (spray gun) (nebulizer) utilizes high-speed airflow of compressed air (or steam) to drive the rotating blades of the atomizer, forming a gas-liquid mixture. At the outlet of the atomizer nozzle, due to instantaneous pressure release, the gas and liquid form fine droplets in the air. The droplet size is related to the fluid viscosity of the liquid and the gas-liquid pressure. The compressed airflow is generally adjusted to *Mpa. If the liquid requires insulation to maintain fluidity, steam is recommended.

II. Structural Features:   

1. The atomized droplets are uniform and fine, with an average particle size of 50-80 μm;

2. Simple operation, installation, and replacement;

3. Suitable for liquids with certain viscosity, especially materials containing a small amount of impurities; low wear and long service life;

4. The atomizer is made of special materials, offering a wide range of applications;

5. The atomizer has high operational flexibility, with adjustable flow rates within a certain range, such as 100-500-1000 L/H, etc.

III. Application Scope:

Mainly used for liquid atomization, flue gas conditioning, cooling, and waste liquid atomization in waste incinerators in industries such as environmental protection, printing and dyeing, and medical chemicals.
